Fujian Liao Paper Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2009. We are one of the hygiene products manufacturers in China. Our business scope covers different quality levels of Baby Diapers, Underpads, Adult Diapers, Sanitary Napkins, Panty Liners, Nursing pad and Wet Wipes.

Located in Zhengda Industrial Park, Quanzhou City, our factory occupies approximately 93, 000 square meters, enjoying beautiful and harmonious environment, convenient transportation condition. It takes only 1 hour to drive from Xiamen international airport.

After 14-years development, Liao has grown into a professional enterprise processing various hygiene products. At present, the amount of our products reaches more than 50 kinds. We can produce 80, 000, 000 pieces of diapers per day, and all of the products are made in strict accordance with ISO9001 standards and ISO14001 systems.
